Shift Allowance Pay?

Post by BAROS23 »

I am about to transfer to working nights and I'm struggling to find how much the shift allowance is and what times it falls within. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Shift Allowance Pay?

Currently mine is :-

Pensionable. £53.97
Non-Pensionable £48.35

I'm on a 4 night week 20.30-0600.

Hope this helps.

Can't find the details of the Four Pillars agreement as this would give the pay details, perhaps someone else can point you in the right direction.

It is the way forward agreement you need although the payment has gone up over time and bit's have changed with other agreements over the course of time.

There is payments for starting before 5am and finishing after 8pm but most posties, especially in delivery don't know if qualify for them. But I bet their is a shitload of new collection drivers who are entitled to the payments but don't get told by the turds/ management so they can qualify for their bonus. WTF is the union again.
