Apparently the "5 year plan" includes 3 super hubs.
NWDC being the first, what are the 2 others? Are they planning to build 2 more new ones or develop existing ones such as NDC or Prdc?
If new ones where would they be located, any ideas?

Atherstone (midlands), Warrington (North West) & South (probably South East) were mentioned as likely locations at our WTLL .
