2c advancement on late shift/night shift

It has become noticeable that management intend to try and wipe out early shift duties in mail centres across the country by using the 1030 dispatch which was temporary over xmas , as a reason to advance 2c mails.
Unless the union nationally wake up to this and stop it, then revision and realignment plans across the country will be the norm. Maybe in some mail centres there is enough work on shift to protect early shift but not in the smaller mail centres.
Casuals sort 2c on night shift whilst full time employees remain under threat on cheaper shifts. And so privatization continues.
