At our distribution centre increased hours have been offered to permanent part time staff & several have accepted to go full time commencing next week.
This was NOT presented as temporary change, which was the case last Christmas when you had the option to do full time for the duration.
My question is; are they entitled to receive a NEW long term contract stating these changes.

Part time to Full time NEW contract
If you are being made PERMANENTLY full time, you will get a new contract staying the change in hours.
I started part time then got made full time a few years later, I now have my original contact and a separate part to accompany it stating the permanent change in hours. You'll prob have to chase them up for it though, I did!!
