Hi Guys,
I have recently applied for the driver career path through Royal Mail Success factors website. The career path is for class C drivers to progress onto become C+E qualified. I have been selected to attend a interview. My question is, has anyone sat a interview before for the driver career path in the past? If so could you give me and a few others a heads up on what the interview entails? Also why is Royal Mail looking to progress upto 100 more drivers to the C+E ability?
Many thanks

Interview is nothing to worry about. RM want to know about how you perceive their company values and a bit of putting you on the spot with case scenario questions.Parke9037 wrote:Hi Guys,

I've received an email today asking me to send a copy of my licence to the DCP recruiting team, but they have not said if I've been selected or not as of yet
