In the case of Direct Selections for Large Firms mail, given it’s the last port of sortation these bundles must be 100% flick checked prior to bagging off and despatch, by Mail Centre staff.

Direct Selection

All bundles must be checked and missorts extracted by Mail Centre processing staff, prior to bagging off and despatch to the appropriate Delivery Office or delivery to the Large Firm.

Bagged Direct Selection bags should not be opened by the Delivery Office, as it is the Mail Centres responsibility to ensure the mail is proper to that customer
