I think its the old name for Rochester VOC some of the old RDCs are just Satellite VOCs now ie Woking & Hatfield

Rochester voc would be my guess too. Also is that where the d2d comes from.

Sedc was a rdc but now called for a number of years sewbc south east walk bundling centre with Voc on site sewbc prepares d2d for the southeast area Inc most of London also runs work from Medway mail centre to dos etc
