Cheaper managers.

Anyone noticed the move towards cheaper managers in mail centres. Also a policy to replace all those who have taken VR probably against the knowledge of Directors. Last year nine managers took VR all on average £32,000/year. This year all of their previous positions have been covered by managers on overtime from other shifts and by people working as managers only on coach money of £39/week. Yes we have four coaches wearing manager tabards, doing back to work interviews etc, for £160/week less than the previous post holder. The team leaders have arrived. They are not even on acting managers £100/week. The initial savings of getting rid of the nine managers last year must have been cut by a third to replace their spots, so there is still a saving but the cut has been watered down. All these coaches are much better than the idiots that left by the way.
