International signed tracked from Portugal to UK

Hi everyone,

A mail has been sent on the 12/01/15 from Portugal to England, so that is 13 working days and the status on Royal Mail tracker didn't change and, for sure, I didn't receive anything yet.

Has it been lost or I have any chance to receive it ?
