Hi, I was wondering if someone could confirm what the folloing two items are on my payslip.
I get paid BASIC Pay - which is fine
But I also get £4.22 PROCESSING SUPPLEMENT - what is this? WHy do I get it? How is 4.22 arrived at
I also get "ARREARS OF SHIFT ALLOWNACE - ASSIGNED" - this amount seems to change from week to week, being 3 hours, 2 hours, 5 hours or 1 hour - I have no idea what it is, why Im assigned it & why it fluctuates.
Theyre not massive amounts of money & Im not looking for more - just curoius to know why Im given it & how why the shift allowance fluctuates
