Question.....Deputy Managers that are currently acting as managers but are contracted as OPG's...is there any time scale for them to be offered a full time position as a deputy manager so they never get requested to go back to their delivery office to do OPG work?
I'm hearing that one area have offered positions as full time managers as long as they pass a 6 month probation period but I cant really confirm this as just what I have heard
Answers anyone...????
