No consignment number given and it asks for it at the link.

However try this one instead its Royal Mails own status one http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it shows all the scanned points. If that doesn't help try twitter @royalmail - you'll need to follow them and send them a Direct Message with the tracking number.

As to contacting HWDC I am afraid there is no way of doing so, there are no customer facing personnel there and consequently no way they can deal with your query. If you did get a number it could be the Site Manager or the Canteen lady neither one would be able to help.

One thing I have picked up though, invariably the delay at HWDC is caused by the Customs and Excise people doing their checks, if they have a backlog like their passport brethren it could be a lengthy wait.
