Spare managers at Swindon MC

Heard today that lots of changes coming up among managers at Swindon MC ? It has been said that there are too many managers in SN MC? So many are being asked to go down to postal grade or else ??

There's a thread somewhere were someone mentions that RM want 1 manager for every 40 staff, if true that's going to mean that a fair few managers around the country will be back as OPGs or be made redundant

I know at my mailcentre the ML2 and ML3s have been told that they are going down a grade

Isn't the management restructuring a nationwide plan - because at the MC i work, all managers have to send in a CV and reapply for their jobs. The rest will revert to their pre-manager grades.

Re-apply for their jobs ...... it will happen after 1300 jobs abolish ... and last Friday was last day if anyone wanted EVR.
