Is there any truth in rumour going round that CHESTER MAIL CENTRE cannot handle all of its workload now that it has taken SHREWSBURY's mail for processing, And the second class is going to be processed by WARRINGTON MAIL CENTRE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Makes sense if it does I think a lot of MCs who take more work do have trouble. The question should be asked why don't the planning teams not do their job properly?
