Hopeing for a bit of advice people. Just started doing the brps at my D.O. Is there a way of telling if a letter has already been charged at the mail center? I was led to believe that if it had 2 scan lines across it has already been done. However i also get at least one box of mech where all the items come up with the 2 lines, but the label says "to be counted" Any help appreciated. Also what do the labels "1000P 0 BOX" and "CA26 IMPUT CHECK" mean? Cheers in advance
