Hello
I am currently working as a Xmas temp in the Montrose Road sorting office in Chelmsford, Essex. I am on the night shifts and started on the 3/12 and am scheduled to finish on the 20/12.
I assumed when taking the job that I was working 17 night straight, is this the case? The boss of the office said this morning as we departed 'have a good weekend, don't party too hard.' Was this sarcastic as he knew we were working?
I am really quite confused and it would be fantastic if somebody could clear this up for me....do all xmas temp night shift staff work on the weekends?
I have also tried to ring the direct office number but it says 'due to a technical fault, we are unable to take calls at this time'
Many thanks
James

Re: WEEKENDS
Does your offer letter say Monday-Friday and Saturday-Sunday?
Your offer letter should lay out the specific times and dates, etc.
