Hi, Can someone from Royal Mail please tell me where this one is : RB209887040CN ?
The Royal Mail website says:
14/11/13 14:18 RETURNED TO CO NEW MALDEN PDO
14/11/13 10:17 UNDELIVERED14/11/13 NEW MALDEN PDO
12/11/13 17:11 RECEIVED IN UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
What does Returned to Co... mean? I hope the parcel is not on its way back to the sender.... The parcel should be coming to Bristol so not sure why its gone from Heathrow to New Malden.
Thanks in advance

Re: REF : NEW MALDEN PDO
It means it has been returned to the caller's office at New Malden PDO.corporalcuddles wrote:What does Returned to Co... mean?
It may be poorly addressed which is why it ended up in New Malden or it may not be your item at all and you may have been given a cloned tracking number.
If you have a Twitter account I would contact Royal Mail Customer Services and see if it's possible that they could chase it up.

Re: REF : NEW MALDEN PDO
Is there any other method of contacting Royal Mail to find out other than Twitter? Would they be able to tell me from tracking number where the destination is and if its Bristol or not?fishtank wrote:It means it has been returned to the caller's office at New Malden PDO.corporalcuddles wrote:What does Returned to Co... mean?

I doubt however that they will be able to tell the destination as its not a Royal Mail original tracking number, still worth a try.

No,they will have to contact New Malden PDO to find out if the item they have in their caller's office is your item with your address.Would they be able to tell me from tracking number where the destination is and if its Bristol or not?
It is possible that the staff there have already moved it on towards its correct destination or if the address is unrecognisable they may have started the return to sender process.

It does not mean "caller's office at New Malden PDO". I have been told by Royal Mail that it means it is being returned to Sender

Re: REF : NEW MALDEN PDO
It actually means return to concentration office, which is back to the parent mail centre so yes the return to sender process will be initiated, it could be that there is still a chance to check the actual item before it is returned to HWDC for onward transmission back to Canada but be quick
