My parcel has been shipped to uk by china post at 4th of sep. While contacting them they said ur parcel is in uk under royal mail post. Will u plz tell me where it is now. When will i get it? My parcel tracking number was RB757224486CN

If you are not aware of it - the place to check your item is here http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
If you are and have checked as I just did - it looks as though RM have not received the item yet - keep looking on there although items ex China are usually reliable, they are also quite slow but 6 weeks plus is a lonnnnnnnnnnng time and it may have been lost or stolen.

that tracking number has not been scanned in the uk, you will need to chase up the seller as it has not reached the uk yet

I have put the above mentioned reference no. At china post tracking service. This site displaying five status and last status is " arrival at the inward office of exchange in the uk". What does it mean

What was the item? a letter, parcel or documents etc. We get 1000's daily , some are like bricks but others are tiny , possibly stuck in a machine or ripped open but ALWAYS GET THE SENDER TO CLAIM.
