We get a lot of customer queries about delayed post there,and I get loads of emails about it as well.
How does it work,coming in especially and going out?
Seems some coming in stuff are delayed for weeks.

Don't work there, but wouldn't that just be customs process?
also it would depend on the sizes of items, for aviation security reasons some might be held, and i'd rather not go into detail on the internet as to why for obvious reasons
