Work in Shrewsbury MC.We've just hit the target to trigger £600 payment with CSS machines.Trouble is some idiot in admin. got Whitchurch (Cardiff ) mixed up with Whitchurch (Shropshire)therefore £600 payment sent to Cardiff!
Apparently the same person cocked up the software for the CSS machines a couple of weeks ago causing to put machines to stop working for most of a shift ,the engineers were not impressed.

Looks like somebody is desperate for promotion within Royal Mail, After these great cock up im pretty sure he/she will get it too!! Only way to get promotion in Royal Mail is to be completely inadequate to be able to do the job your doing..lol.
