Re: pay rise 2012
3.5% is the increase for this year in the final part of the 3 year agreement, but there are strings attached. However in a letter from Dave Ward, Royal Mail have confirmed we will be getting the full 3.5% on April 1st, and they will not be seeking to open discussions on the conditions attached to this year's rise with a view to reducing it.
I guess that after the Colleague Share fiasco they dare not even attempt to meddle with the 3.5% rise!

Karcum i take it your not the sharpest tac in the box a 3.5% increase giving you an extra £1 a week means your take home pay is currently around 30 quid i doubt that lol,3.5% in this current economic climate is exceptional.Well done the CWU.

Re: pay rise 2012
Yes it will if you are employed on the same contract details as the rest of us, as far as I know it applies to all OPG grades directly employed by Royal Mail Letters, it wont apply to Angard employees though.delboy1969 wrote:we were told 3.5% this morning at a team meeting, dunno if that applies to me as just started on a six month contract and am part time.
