The team was congratulated by site manager John O’Shea, who said he was thrilled.

‘I was really quite emotional,’ says John

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Indeed - we were told in our WTL&L session this week how they all "burst into spontaneous applause on hearing the news"

So - when are you going to take the 2 Artics full of crap out of the hiding place???
And after a while, you can work on points for style,
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake,
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile.

You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to,
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.

Dan Tovey WCM champion for the facility says
"It's taken two years to get to bronze". I think
it's about two years since First Line Fix,Dignity
and Respect at work monies were withdrawn
and then there was Colleague Share money,
oh no that does'nt exist the company's worthless
is'nt it.Wonder if Dan knows how much it has
cost the Norwich facility to get to bronze in
the last two years as no-one else seems to
be able to put a cost to the croc of s..t that is WCM :hmmmm :hmmmm

Seeing as WCM is now "emotional", I think we should adopt the North Korean method of showing our joy at the wonder that is WCM. The first time someone puts a piece of Strapex in the correct bin, all uniformed front line operational employees should head for the loading bay and sing the WCM song....

Come on Mr Higson, an eleventh pillar allowing us to sing the WCM song would be such a big incentive.....

Seems like Peterborough MC must have an inspection on Friday...

Judging by the amount of STAFF going around with Hoovers, Brushes and bottles of Mr Sheene & Windolene.

The floors have never been so clear of crap!!!
