The £400 bonus payment and payrise linked in to revision

At my mailcentre we are about to embark on our mini revision duties so we can have our £400 bonus and payrise from the 2010 BT agreement. The only problem we have is when are we going to get the money as it seems to have got very hazy when questions are asked and the latest is there was no date discussed which now has been verified by our Area Rep. Are other Distribution units having problems getting their money? It took 3 months to get our £200 bonus last year and it looks like it's going to happen again this year. According to my colleagues in Processing they have got all their money and they didn't have to wait once their management had decided to pay it. Whats annoying us on Distribution is we have done our bit but not seeing our reward. The junior managment are just as in the dark as us and can't get answers to our questions.
