How many full/part timers actually work in MC?
Becuase ive been working at one and to be honest ive only seen one who works with the packets were all us casuals work,
there have been quite a few on the inward and DSA.
Oh and do the full/part really work that slow all year round.
One guy was literally going into the yorkie taking out a packet and taking 2 mins to put it into the postcode bag, while the casual had 4 in his hand and flinging them in.

Maybe that is the reason there are so many missorts being received in the Delivery Offices

Could also be the reason so many items get broken or smashed at this time of year!
Quality not quantity always used to be the rule. Although I bet your manager is happy enough with you packet bashers!

Oh come on Judgee, should it REALLY take anyone 2mins to carefully place a packet into a drop-frame? Going that slow is a big health & safety risk. The guy could slip on the trail left by a passing snail
