They have to do what the agreement says 1.5% pay rise, then 3.5% next april.

1. f**k all % ,but your food went up 20% in 3months and your gas fuel and water are going up by average 15%, petrol :chuckle :chuckle :chuckle .
Just curious ,but since you lot take home less than £15K ,how do you think these changes will affect you compared to say someone "earning" £975,000 per annum with a £5.200,000 bonus :left: :left: :left: :left: :left: :hmmmm :crazy: :d'oh!

1.4% this April
-4% the current inflation rate
-1% the increased national insurance

3.4% next April, alas the C.W.U. was good enough to negotiate the right of Royal Mail to revisit the idea,...so probably -6% to make us more competitive.
