has manchester mail centre still got backlogs

has manchester mail centre still got backlogs
i posted 3 parcels one on the 10/02/11 going to birmingham and not delivered ( royalmail have told me it would go to hall green),and two on the 15/02/11 one went to winchester and has been delivered and the other was going to cornwall and not delivered (royalmail told me it would go to callington).the post office were i posted them told me they would go to manchester for sorting it has now been two weeks i was just wanting to know if they still had a backlog.
