North West Distribution Centre

Post by mcfc619 »

Hi all,

Just wondered is there anybody on here that works at or has any idea about the NWDC as in how far behind in processing parcels they are. I've given up checking the tracking service on the website after reading all the posts about RM not scanning items anymore.

Cheers all.

Have you got dates?
Chances are it's not there it's probably in a backlog at the delivery office.

Also see this, and ignore the RM spokesperson's comments...

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Thanks for the above, this site should be advertised as the new Royal Mail customer Services rather than that 0845 number, you get better information. It was posted the 30 December and its been in the sorting office since the 6th January.
