Mail Centre Managers...
Been working as an xmas casual (so I know I am not a 'real' employee or anything) but after just 3 shifts I am very annoyed by most of these dudes with the blue bits with 'Manager' written on their hi-vis jackets. One tells you one thing, another something else and all of them are doing it wrong according to the 'normal' worker guys who came and showed us the ropes yesterday...How do you put up with their patter day in day out? haha

WELCOME TO OUR WORLD.......!!!!!
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Definately true...thehappyones wrote:WELCOME TO OUR WORLD.......!!!!!
Some of our one's think they are the Genie in the Lamp..... i.e stand there with their arms folded watching you!
And after a while, you can work on points for style,
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake,
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile.
You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to,
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.

That's Standard Operating Procedure for MC managers
and all of them are doing it wrong according to the 'normal' worker guys who came and showed us the ropes yesterday
Listen to the regular staff who will know what they're doing

Most of us ignore them as much as we can
