Will permanent full time contract be given

Post by killa »

Just a query guys, some full time duties have become available at our mail centre and are currently advertised.

As a part timer with over 15 years seniority if i were to apply and get one of these duties would my contract be made permanent full time of would it be on a temporary basis?

Ive done some fishing about at work but nobody seems to be able to give me a definate answer.

Thanks!

Senority what's that when it's at home? All we've got is FAVOURTISM, c***s only in the door and moved up to F/T. F/T vacancies don't get advertised on notice board - new starts with drivers licence's given driving duties, within a month or two - i could go on and on.

Moved to MC forum.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

If there are any surplus full time OPGs in your MC then you won't be able to apply for the jobs,if not ,then you should be able to apply and seniority will apply, and it should be permanent full time.
