New mail centre review

Post by Martin Walsh »

The leaked document states a new mail centre review will be announce this month. Who will be on the hit list ? This exposes Royal Mail as complete liars as they have stated to the CWU that there were no new plans to close mail centres and overall central plan.

We know that a couple of years ago they had a plan to only have 31 mail centres that mean ultimately 29 will close, is yours safe and what is the mail centre deal you think should be agreed against this background.

They'll probably delay it for a month or two, so they can claim that the leaked document is a forgery. :hmmmm

Any mcs near big cities will be very vunerable. Just been through the northwest review-an absolute joke!!! They put OL and SK into Manchester MC resulting in regular failiures, its carnage at times, but in world RM its going like a dream :left:

The original blue sky thinking plan was 6 'super' Mail Centres, logic rendered this 'geographically inept', but the latest plans will fall in with Hoopers idea that half the 'original; 70 will suffice.
