Hello all. Popped over from Blue Shirts to see if any of you could help with this question.

A friend's ageing mother received a letter from her son in Amsterdam. It took 10 days to arrive, much longer than usual. There was a sticker over the stamp which read "Return to TNT Post, Iver, Bucks". Any clues as to what this sticker might mean?
