can anyone tell me if swindons mail centre is going to surport strike action because they are slow at coming foword at the moment , if they went out they do reading , oxford , swindon , mail it would have a massive affect.
can anyone from swindon give us some feedback on what is happening.

As I understand it Swindon has requested individual ballot but nothing is moving yet. Did hear a suggestion a week or three ago that management were actually talking on some of the local issues. 
There's a new Site Manager formerly at HWDC now in charge, moved in sometime around July? Not entirely up-to-date with it though, shall bend some ears over the next week and see what I can rustle up. Not many Oxford transferred over relative to the OX MC staff complement. I also understand that certain bigger Oxford offices are sending their collection mail elsewhere and are likely to for a long while, the place can't cope.
