Lapsing, the latest scam from those at the very top, who I wouldn't trust to run a whelk stall, let alone a national institution. It involves the dimwits taking two or three people off their duties for whatever reason is handiest, then splitting those lapsed duties among the already overworked rest of the staff, who sort, prep, and deliver the extra, unasked for, unwanted, workload. For this little gem of a scam, we, the ones actually doing the grafting, get feck all. The most useless bosses in the world on the other hand, they get a nice little bonus come next april/may. DSMs get £9000 by way of a bonus thanks to our hard work. Cluster DIMs get £6,500 by way of a bonus thanks again to our hard graft. DIMs get £4000 by way of a bonus thanks yet again to the hard graft put in by posties. We get feck all, that's right, feck all.

It's where all the brain dead posties get to come in 2 hrs early for zip , prep like termites on speed, load their cars up with bags,leave the missort run till whenever,doorstep, forge sigs,arrange unsafe bag drops,you know the score, theres a thousand ways to skim a mo Anyone think that management have realised that "all the hours they are paid for" applies to them as well
