De-brief

Does this happen at other VOCs ? I don’t get asked why I was late arriving or departing a site, but have to state a reason should I be early, seems a strange quirk.

I understand that there needs to be a debrief. In the past one was asked about lateness, now that doesn’t seem to be a concern but being early seems to require an explanation.
