also what is the difference between "Outward RDC Volumetric Acceptance' and 'Outward RDC Handheld Acceptance'"

not really worrying but ok :), just wanted to know what days are best to be home...

Can you explain the diffrence between "Outward RDC Volumetric Acceptance' and 'Outward RDC Handheld Acceptance", though because it interests me seeing the difference and why people have it different ;p

Outward RDC Volumetric Acceptance will be where the item has been automatically scanned as it passes along a conveyor. Outward RDC Handheld Acceptance is where it has been manually scanned by a person with a handheld scanner.

ah right thanks, had some people wondering what the difference once but it pretty much is in the name :)
