The question is obvious and still stands....
Why would a Union actively endorse what is after all is said and done....a savings plan?
And i don't want to hear nonsense like it's better to be on the inside....it isn't.
It sends entirely the wrong message to members at a time when enough questions are being asked as to where HQ's loyalties lie.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

To be fair,if we fecked it off, managers are so thick wouldn't it fail?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Bristol Mail Centre Bronze award assessment on 10th Feb was in the end only a mock test for the real one in March. The mock test failed but everyone working on it was given the day off the next day ?

WCM is nothing to done with improving standards it's all about efficiency and cutting jobs. It's pretty disgusting what some of the money gets wasted on and thats not including what the managers and blue eyes piss against a wall. Really who is fooling who? us or the japanese professor?
