A short-term fudge to keep the union happy while alternative plans and arrangements are put in place. The spares are rapidly running out for the Ipswich mech. I'd give it a year or so and RM will announce that IP will reduce to MPU status.

Probably MTTs and LSMs. Most MCs that had them have probably either been closed down or gotten iLSMs
