@hubbahubba would a TOPS 2k machine fit in the space currently taken up by the canteen (inc the height needed)?

Doubt it,all 2c flats have been diverted for a number of years.

Royal Mail announces it is to close processing centre in Portsmouth

Mail centre manager Stephen Rolfe said: ‘Change is absolutely essential to meet customers’ expectations of a world-class postal service, ensure we operate efficiently and provide a great quality of service in a smaller and radically changing market.

Wonder if he still thinks this or whether he ever thought it in the first place.
Cut after cut (flights from Bournemouth Airport, the IOW hovercraft etc) still keep coming with the promise of improved services?!
