Has anyone from RM bothered to question why such a well-regarded body as the World Class Manufacturing Association does not have a web-site and the only references to it on the web are about it's relationship with Royal Mail? It does not appear to have had any previous clients and seems to only have one employee. How queer.

I do hope that the Emperor will be not found to be unclothed at some point. Mr Higson will have some explaining to do, all that hidden expenditure and nothing to show for it.

Rumour has it that the Swindon stores have just taken a delivery of 20,000 sets of clip-on donkey's ears, can't imagine who will be wearing those. :funneh

Agreed "buster" we manufacture nothing we are are a service provider
nothing more. Time RM got back to basics and put back in place the
once great service we used to provide
WCM should be consigned to the same bin as Consignia

And after a while, you can work on points for style,
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake,
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile.

You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to,
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.
