Pretty much so (and thanks). The scenario is is that a number of people in the same area (all mech duties), all on permanent nights may have to unofficially repick their duty content, as a number of those people will be having slight duty alterations to them, leaving less people to permanantly work in the area (the others will cover the break times). No allowances will be lost but obviously duty content will be effected (important to some). Now obviously some have been on permanent nights longer than others, so it looks like, from what you've said, those will be at the top of this mini-list. Does how long you've been getting tpm allowance also come into play (ie those getting it longer also move higher up)?
Could you tell me where in the MTSF agreement it states all this, as I feel I may need to convince my rep of all this (especially as he's one of the ones effected by this, moving him further down the list if the MTFS agreement is used). Thanks again for your time on this.

Re: Re Pick and MTSF
It is in the MTSF 2 agreement came out in 2003. The rep may not know the full in`s and outs as it is complex and to a certain degree depends on how the MTSF " police " are montioring your issues within the office you work. However if it goes up to the centre for resolution then it will be based on what I informed you.

Re: Re Pick and MTSF
Dingo another question for you
Today our area rep told us that the re pick is to be done on seniority as it comes under the RTD agreement because we are splitting our mgv and non mgv rotations up. Is this true? he say's its because there are new grades being created E.G profesional driver grade.
