and the little TORX screwdrivers we use for tightening up the screws on the LSM's

So where are these Torx screws on an LSM, and who's "we" who tighten them?

on the feed,when belts,rollers need changing?

Engineers are human,just like posties and everyone else (obviously managers are exempt from this).There are good,bad and downright useless engineers,operators etc.Anyway most IMP/LSM operators are more than capable of most engineering tasks,as im sure tman is well aware....

Just think,if they can tighten screws what's next,part time engineers!!

There's a few "SCREWS" in RM that need "tightened"
but their not all on the shop floor

"Most"? Only an operator could ever speak like that, so no, I'm "not aware.."

Funny though, the CWU agreed way back in the early TPM days that operators would never use any sort of tool as they would then be personally liable for damage or injury caused by accident or misuse.

Just like DO blokes using cars on delivery, there's always some who ignore the rules for an easy life.

{Not that I mind.....ham-fists cause much more work that neglect, and more work means more jobs.. }

It's to tighten the screws that hold the paddles in on the LSM's that's all.. ALWAYS done when the big RED button is pushed in....

Belt changing, and ALL other stuff is done by the Engineers...
