They'll get a bollocking at some point. No office has the authority to decide if DTS will be turned off. That comes from higher up than MC or MPU level

They just won't tell the 'higher ups' like managers don't report walk failures in DO's by getting it taken out and brought back, put in trays under the frame etc.

They wouldn't be able to hide turning the DTS off as it's bound to be logged somewhere
