No gate meetings about supernumaries. Dont think I've ever heard Dave Ward say this dirty word. No letters to peoples houses about the situation from Royal Mail or CWU. Imagine losing a quarter of your income with everyone else pretending not to notice.

To be fair we had a gate meeting a while ago an we were asked would we support a rule 13 ballot an it was an overwhelming yes.managers produced their proposals yesterday not going down well. but so far no local reps have been involved in the realignment so hopefully things will change.

We have all had letters to our homes this week.
Make no mistake all supernumaries will be dealt with by the 17th july or shipped out to another location to join the redeployment centre if they refuse to sign. (for a duty)
That is what the letter says.
It also says you will work on deliveries whilst you are in the redeployment centre recieving coaching from a work coach.
I certainly will not be going out on strike over this.

But many of them are totally unfit for deliveries!
Indeed, quite a few are not really fit for working in the MC.
This is going to be a bloodbath.

Indeed it is.
This is another issue showing how far we have fallen.
People thrown to the wolves.
If this happened in 1986 it wouldn’t have got this far.
Greed has taken over the Membership…,

What's happened to this dealt with by 17th July letter? Nothing happening in our office, everything is as you were?
