THE MANAGEMENT ARE GOING ROUND ASKING WHEN WE ARE GONA BE FLEXABLE !!! MANAGERS ARE SAYING 3 REFUSALS AND THEY GOIN TO REFUSE LIEU DAYS !!! THEY IMPLEMENTING THIS THROUGH INTIMIDATION ,

That disscusting! time to cut out the rot report this to the mail centre manager see what they have to say about it ,if still not happy make union officals aware of the situation, ask to see where in the flexi agreement it say any of this enforcable?
