It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Well the only good thing about the job is that it means i'm not on job seekers. It just about covers the billls but what with inflation every year and pay rises that dont come anywhere close to it, its becomeing more and more difficult. dont know how the guys on earlies and lates manage without a shift premium.

do you think that team worries about their utilisation stats with the amount of people that go into the office every nightJessika wrote:office time is alway a bit of fun (unless its with renee). and if you insist on taking someone with you thats 2 people out of keying screwing up the teams utilisation stats
then theres at least 3 other people walking around with bits of paper when they should be keying
