Definitely. Wondering if they are really going to offer it though. Trying not to get too excited!

Re: Redundancy.
Friday or Saturday apparently.
Now we're being shafted with the overtime.
How come we have to give 48 hours notice to cancel but today we are told they can cancel the overtime whilst you are actually working it. They said they will only pay 2 hour minimum and just because we signed up for A 4/5/or 6 hour shift doesnt mean they have to honour it.

Been told that's the national agreement. Any truth in that?

Re: Redundancy.
If you have MTSF2 terms, which I presume MDEC employees do, the VR payments would be based on your basic pensionable play plus any pensionable supplements paid over the 6 months prior to taking VR, which would include shift supplements.mynameis wrote:Hi there why is vr just payments just on basic pay not including any mtsf is ut same for others out there
But it would not include overtime or sa.

Re: Redundancy.
As an aside union & RM should clarify the mtsf situ. Prev comments are correct. Pay protection etc is not calculated in vr pay.

Re: Redundancy.
The overtime point is interesting. It appears a typical stealth/dubious policy. Remember national policies cannot be abbrogated locally.
