No MDEC Pay Rises

Post by Magnus »

Anybody unhappy with this?

Or are we going to have to have to lump it while the recession is on?

Of course, we have yet to hear what is going to happen to the bonus they are trialling, but what is the betting they will use the scheme that saves them the most money.

I'll be keeping my eyes and ears open.

Take care, folks.

1Yes
2No ,and if you even think about going belly up to the masters of the universe this year ,prepare yourself for a decade of wage cuts. Think it and you are doomed

Thanks for the advice, and given the developing climate i'll be happy to endorse that remark

Maybe if RM managers didn't waste so much then there'd be money for pay increases. As usual they make all the screw ups and we carry the can.

Might not to too bad afterall, because we have had the news that we are getting the bonus. £200.

Of course, it is included with our monthly wage, and so is subject to higher tax!!!!

Better than nout, though.

You wont pay MORE tax because it's in your monthly pay.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Thanks, Postman.

Had a look at the wage slip and the tax wasn't too bad (not often I would say that!!!).

I'll put it towards my very small mortgage.
