Sounds like another dig at the union rep. He has got on the wrong side of a few people in the past (some resulting in bullying and harassment proceedings - they were lucky to keep their jobs having already being involved in another bullying/harassment incident), but I agree, HeyYouGuys is just having a dig. Let it rest. Fact is, no-one else wants to take up the position, so just leave it at that.

Cant say i really note others breaks to be honest.I get in and out of that place as quick as i can be it for a quick fag break or home time.Its a job after all and can any of us actually say we enjoy working.Still it pays the bills.

Very true.That will be the next thing to go.They have already taken our holiday entitlement.Hey soon we will have to sit in silence although its like that on some banks anyway half the time.

I'm told the powers that be are far more lenient than they were several years ago. Certainly in the 18 months I've been here, managers are fairly relaxed about chatter.
