The Royal Mail loyalty discount scheme card and magazine which you got every month and there were no shops which took the card

And those vouchers we used to get every Christmas giving us useful things like £5 off a bathroom suite, or £10 off a world cruise with P&O. You never got anything which was likely to be of use like a book token or a voucher for five free pints of ale.

Same as Holidays Vocuhers won for attendance. You had to book at full price through the operators and dependant on X amount sharing. Compared the deal first time they were issued. Cant remember the details but if I had taken RMs voucher scheme and then did a comparison with web sites I would have to pay a thousand pound more with RMs scheme. Another get rich scheme by RM but gave nothing to the postie (much the same as bonuses--never seen one in our office).
