hi everyone,i have just joined at last, i would just like to comment on royal mails response to the current crisis,in our office most deliveries were lapsed today including firms deliveries in order to concentrate on packets, with managers showing complete contempt for the paying public. some areas not had a letter delivery for 3 days, regardless whether 1st class or not, just to deliver trivial packets. seems if its not a packet or parcel etc then it doesn't matter, if only the public were aware of this,i bet people are still expected to pay for a first class service. i would also like to comment on my office regarding safety.
there is none, no gloves until today.,posties having to prep jobs together.no safe distancing clueless managers with no delivery experience completely brainwashed and unapproachable. i would love to know if this is now common all over

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
